The Individual Deep Dive is a strategic re-centering and planning package designed to inspire, realign and springboard you to more powerfully move forward on your aspirations.
In just a few hours together we’ll:

Help you map your personal, professional, and creative current context in all its complexity

Provide space to reflect and connect back to your guiding values, purpose, and artistic vision

Surface the insights that illuminate the way forward

Collaboratively identify and develop next steps and provide related tools and resources
Deliverables include all context mapping and a summary document of Insights, Next Steps, and Resources.

Individual Artists and Arts leaders seeking a reset/reflection moment and support to inform and inspire needed change.
The package includes:

1-hour Intro Session (virtual or in person)

1-hour Project Planning Session in which we’ll collaboratively firm project focus and approach (virtual)

3-hour In Person Context Mapping, Reflection, and Connections Making Mini Retreat

2-hour Follow Up Meeting to review Mini Retreat Documentation, further develop findings and documentation, and identify strategic priorities and related actions (virtual or in person).

1-hour Wrap Up Meeting to finalize documentation and strategize next steps. (virtual)
This lean and intensive process requires 8-10 hours of your time over 1 to 3 months. The 3-hour in person and 2-hour follow up session should be scheduled within 1-2 weeks of one another.
